We dined at Maestro during a summer getaway to Saint Sauveur and had a lovely experience. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the wonderful ambiance enhanced by live music. Our server was attentive and gracious. He recommended the 2022 Bordeaux Superieur by Le Vigneron Inconnu to accompany our steak dinners, and it was an excellent pairing. For dessert, we enjoyed the chocolat fondant and were kindly offered beignets as a thoughtful surprise. Both were exceptional, especially the warm caramel sauce that came with the beignets. Thank you for a memorable and romantic evening. We look forward to returning on our next visit!

Excellent food, service and atmosphere! We went on a snowy Thursday night and it was very busy. Live music was a nice surprise. Many interesting choices on the menu. My partner had the rack of lamb and I ordered the tuna tartare. Both were delicious! ***A must try are the warm ricotta donuts! YUM! Eric, our server, was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend...definitely in my top three restaurants in Saint-Sauveur.

We were a group of 4. We had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was hopping but service wasn't lacking. Our server was very personable and treated us like we were regular customers who had been going there for ages when actually it was our first time. The food was very well presented and was also very delicious. I wouldn't hesitate a second on coming back , I'm sure we will.

The last time we ate here was maybe 12 years ago. At the time I felt it was good, but maybe just average. How things have changed. The menu is excellent. Diverse with many options. Great cocktails and nice wine list. Service was timely - they didn’t miss a beat. For starters we had the Foie Gras Creme Brulee and it was FANTASTIC. Also shared the roquette salad. Perfect. I had the veal limon w linguini and it was amazing. My wife had the Crevettes Shanghai and it was a solid 10/10. Dessert was the Chocolat Fondant. OMG. The best!! A shout out to our server Frederique who was wonderful, attentive and on top of her game. 10/10. In fact a big shout out to the entire team. Great experience and we thank them all for their great work. We will be back. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a great experience here as a couple although I think this restaurant is better suited for larger groups. If I could give this place a 4.5 I would. The dishes were very good and the drink menu was extensive, but I felt like there was maybe an attention to detail missing to truly deserve 5 stars. The wait staff was very warm and welcoming and catered to our needs. Overall a great experience!

We often dine at Maestro and Donald and we have never been disappointed. We love the food, the atmosphere and especially the people. Eric took very good care of us...we enjoyed the overall experience and look forward to returning.
